Inspection
They check the vehicle from the engine to the electrical system,
safety and security systems, then we go underneath the vehicle
and inspect the undercarriage, drivetrain, suspension, and
brakes. They inspect the body just as thoroughly, looking
for dings, dents, scratches - reconditioning to ensure the
highest quality appearance.
Then they move inside and scrutinize the interior
with the same attention to detail. Only after passing a thorough
inspection does a car become an Audi Certified pre-owned vehicle.
And only then do we give it our certified seal of approval.
Every Audi Certified pre-owned vehicle comes
with an Inspection and Condition Report and Delivery Checklist.

24-hour Roadside Assistance
for 2 years or 100,000 total vehicle miles from the date of
purchase, whichever occurs first.
When you purchase a pre-owned Audi, you'll
receive complimentary membership in the Audi Roadside Assistance
Program.* If you ever need road service, help is only a phone
call away - 24 hours a day in the U.S. or Canada. When you
call the 24-hour toll-free number, the dispatch center will
send a service vehicle to your assistance. In such instances,
you just sign the bill and drive away!
Trip Interruption
The Roadside Assistance Program also includes Trip Interruption,
which covers expensesup to $500 per day for up to three days
in the unlikely event that you experience a warranty-covered
breakdown more than 100 miles from your home.
Warranty repairs performed by authorized
Audi experts
Warranty repairs can be performed by any authorized Audi Dealer
or Authorized Audi Service Center in the United States or
Canada. This warranty does not apply outside the United States
or Canada.
Warranty repairs will include a $50 deductible
per repair visit, payable by the customer. This deductible
is payable only once in the unlikely event that another repair
visit is necessary to repair the same single defect covered
by this warrant
Transferable warranty
This warranty is available to the original purchaser of each
eligible pre-owned Audi and it is transferable to subsequent
private owners for a nominal fee of $150 per transfer.
* Roadside Assistance is provided by AAA, 1000
AAA Drive, Heathrow, FL 32746 who is solely responsible for
service.
